What’s going to change?

The owners and operators that have been with the park since the beginning will remain with our park and, our priority will continue to be the community and our visitors. All that will change is our name.

Will you honor current Schliterbahn tickets and season passes?

Yes we will honor 2020 tickets and season passes.

Where can I park?

Parking for guests is located in the park and will remain free.

What is the best time to come to the waterpark?

Check out our calendar for latest dates and times!
Being at the park at our 10:00am opening time always provides you the chance to find prime seating and enjoy the most popular attractions before we start getting busier.

What time does the afternoon discount rate begin?

The afternoon admission rate begins at 3:00 PM.

If I purchase a Two-day Pass, do I have to use it on consecutive days?

No, you may use the second day at a later date at the park where it was purchased.
You must however, use the pass prior to the end of the summer season during which it was bought.
Two day passes are non transferable or refundable and must be used by the same person for each visit.

Where can I get discounted tickets?

We have a variety of options for groups of 15 or more. Plus our waterpark supports active military members by offering military discount admission tickets.
Many of our Island hotel partners have discounted tickets for Guests staying with them. Discounts are always available online as well!

Do you have online tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online and can quickly and easily be scanned from your mobile device using your email confirmation. After purchasing an online tickets you can also print them out and bring them with you.

Can I bring a picnic to the park?

Absolutely! All ice chests and picnic supplies are checked upon entry.If you do bring a picnic, please do not bring alcohol or glass containers. Guests with picnic items my use picnic tables located inside the waterpark area.

How do I rent a Cabana or BBQ Palapa?

Do you have life jackets?

We have a limited number of life jackets for use, at no additional charge! They are available at the customer service desks throughout the park. Or if you prefer, you may bring your own life jackets.

Attractions for toddlers?

Our Waterpark’s Lily Pad wading pool is the perfect spot for young children and families. The raining mushroom and frog slide will entice your young ones to frolic in the water. Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or water attraction. Swim diapers are available in the gift shop.

What if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?

In the event of inclement weather, attractions remain open unless there is lightning in the area. Rides will reopen as soon as the lightning leaves the area. Sorry no refunds or rain checks are Issued.

Do you have changing facilities?

Yes, changing facilities are located in the main restroom/locker area.

Do you have a place for valuables?

Lockers are available for a fee plus a deposit, the deposit will be refunded once the locker key is returned. Be sure to secure loose items, such as glasses while on rides as they may fall off, with neck straps available in the gift shops! We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the park or in the parking lots.

Any one of our Guest Services locations can assist you with lost and found items! Or you may call the park at 956.772.7873 and ask for Lost & Found.
