To participate in the water park activities, lined swimwear is recommended, however, some shorts and cover-ups (t-shirts) are allowed. Shorts with brass rivets, snaps or buttons (such as jeans-style shorts) are not allowed due to the brass parts potentially scratching and damaging the fiberglass on our slides and material on our Surf Rider. Cut-offs are also disallowed due to their frayed bottoms potentially clogging pool filters. If you have more specific questions, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (956) 772-7873, x3211.
Only licensed service animals as described by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed into the waterpark. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
