Is there a fee to bring a picnic to the park?

Food and beverages can be brought into the park at no cost. However, all coolers, containers, or bags of any size will be assessed a $12 fee and are subject to search by our staff.  Please do not bring alcohol or glass containers.

You are welcome to leave your coolers in your vehicle.

Do you have a lost and found?

Any one of our Guest Services locations can assist you with lost and found items! Or you may call the park at 956.772.7873 and ask for Lost & Found.

What kind of swimwear is required?

To participate in the water park activities, lined swimwear is recommended, however, some shorts and cover-ups (t-shirts) are allowed. Shorts with brass rivets, snaps or buttons (such as jeans-style shorts) are not allowed due to the brass parts potentially scratching and damaging the fiberglass on our slides and material on our Surf Rider. Cut-offs are also disallowed due to their frayed bottoms potentially clogging pool filters.  If you have more specific questions, feel free to email us at or call (956) 772-7873, x3211.

Are pets allowed?

Only licensed service animals as described by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed into the waterpark. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we do! $10 off at the gate for active members and veterans of the United States Military and their families with valid Military ID. We thank you for your service.

Do you have a place for valuables?

For your convenience, rental lockers are located near the main entrance of the park. Three different sizes are available, depending on your needs. Rental fees for all-day, unlimited usage range from $15 – $25. While visiting the park please make sure to secure loose items, such as glasses, while on rides as they may fall. Neck-straps are available in our Gift Shops. Beach Park is not responsible for items lost or stolen while in the park or from the parking lot.

Do you have changing facilities?

Yes, changing facilities are located in the main restroom/locker area.

What if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?

In the event of inclement weather, attractions remain open unless there is lightning in the area. Rides will reopen as soon as the lightning leaves the area. Sorry no refunds or rain checks are Issued.

Attractions for toddlers?

Our Waterpark’s Lily Pad wading pool is the perfect spot for young children and families. The raining mushroom and frog slide will entice your young ones to frolic in the water and our Squid Row is the perfect area for our youngest Guests. Small foam attractions in a shaded area near the Sandcastle Cove is the ideal spot for those loving the water at the earliest ages. Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or water attraction. Swim diapers are available in the gift shop.


Do you have life jackets?

We have a limited number of life jackets for use, at no additional charge! They are conveniently located throughout the park. Or if you prefer, you may bring your own life jackets.

How do I rent a Cabana or BBQ Palapa?

Do you have online tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online and can quickly and easily be scanned from your mobile device using your email confirmation. After purchasing online tickets you can also print them out and bring them with you. Purchase Tickets

Where can I get discounted tickets?

We have a variety of options for groups of 15 or more. Plus our waterpark supports active military members by offering military discount admission tickets. Many of our Island hotel partners have discounted tickets for Guests staying with them. Discounts are always available online as well! Purchase Tickets

If I purchase a Two-day Pass, do I have to use it on consecutive days?

No, you may use the second day at a later date during the season it was purchased. You must, however, use the pass prior to the end of the summer season during which it was bought. Two-day passes are non-transferable or refundable and must be used by the same person for each visit.

What time does the afternoon discount rate begin?

The afternoon admission rate begins at 3:00 PM.

Being at the park at our 11:00 am opening time always provides you the chance to find prime seating and enjoy the most popular attractions before we start getting busier.

Where can I park?

Parking for guests is located in the park right in front of the waterpark and will remain free and is FREE!

What’s changed?

We are Beach Park Waterpark (previously Schlitterbahn). The owners and operators that have been with the park since the beginning have remained with our park and, our priority continues to be part of the community and welcoming to our visitors. All that has changed is our name.
